Well-known member. DSA announced this on their Instagram page a few weeks ago but I don't think it has been posted yet. It appears to be a drop in M-LOK compatible handguard for FAL rifle length gas systems. Not much info yet but I'm guessing it'll be formally released at SHOT. It looks a lot like the Aim Sports version that has been out for a ...I've found that a slightly loose fit, specially at the gas block, is the best for accuracy purposes. I usualy snug down & back off about 1/2 turn on the screw. As for the rear, the fit should be "snug" not tight. It's disconcerting to someone used to a full wood stocked rifle to feel any "give" but this isn't a full stocked rifle so a little ...Don't do anything to them. I wouldn't touch them. Leave em be. For mine, they were super nasty and I just cleaned them up mineral spirits to get all the grime off then hit them with some Howard's feed and wax. There should be no alteration required. Any inch/metric handguards will fit any standard (Non-Israeli) pattern FAL/L1A1 rifle with the exception of some early rare rifles. Wood handguards won't accomodate folding up a bipod if you have one. You'll need the correct handguard screw and you're good to go.
