It's perfectly valid for Sortie-level stuff. It's not quite Soma Prime, Boltor Prime, Supra or Prisma Grakata but about the next best thing. It still hits 17k sustained DPS with a decent build which is fine for the weapon type; its biggest downside is the poor status chance which means it's not well-suited for fighting armored high level enemies.
