Directv closed captioning not working.

The closed captions are showing despite the option being turned off. I can change between the normal and the DirecTV ones, but they don’t go away when I turn them off. I’ve also checked to make sure they aren’t turned on through the TV itself, and they aren’t. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and figured out a fix.2022-09-05 01:57 PM.
