I'm not quite familiar with that site. We have international grads do observerships with us quite frequently. They pay us something like $500 to spend 4 weeks on the inpatient medical service as an observer and part of the medical team, and in this way we get to know them. I'm not exactly sure how they find us, but I can ask our coordinator.
