I fixed the problem. I checked the wire harness, it looked fine. I ordered 4 abs sensors replaced them and one wheel bearing. Problem solved. The rear wheel abs sensor setup is bad engineering. Rust will accumulate and trip those sensors.

I used a deep socket and ratchet to get it off. 2. remove or move plastic kick panel on left lower side of drivers side (were hood latch is).New throttle body installed, wired up, relearn done, red lightning bolt gone, cleared the codes, check engine light gone, and then took it for a test drive. The car with wavy lines is the ESC. The throttle body is a part of the ESC system, and if any part of the system shows a fault, the ESC is automatically disabled.
