If I hit the rear diff switch the REAR DIFF light goes out and then ABS and SLIP come on. I can hear the 4wd engage both high and low when I turn it on with my door open.try and disconnect the pos battery cable for a bout 10 minutes and see if this resets it make sure you have radio code in case ur radio locks.
