The book is definitely poorly written, but I read it anyways, and have so far been successful. Had you of asked me a year ago, or even a month ago if I could quit cold turkey and last 11 days, I would have laughed until I coughed. I don't know that is was the book for sure, but it certainly changed how I viewed smoking.
