The processor runs at a constant speed of 4.6 GHz. Temperatures are between 38-42 degrees when the processor is idle. It works between 74-77 degrees when under load (cinebench R23). My only fear was that air cooler will not cool the CPU. However, DR Pro 4 during Cinebench keeps the CPU on 92-94 C, which is within specs for max working temp of the CPU. For less demanding jobs, temps are below 90C. There was a lot of discussion about air coolers for 7000 Ryzen processors. So here is the answer. They work quite well.
