My fitbit Charge 4, which isn't very old, is only syncing successfully once a day - but mostly not at all. It loses time over the course of 24 hours. It loses as many as 30 minutes, which makes the morning alarm pretty useless - because it goes off while I'm already awake and working out. I've tried all of the recommended troubleshooting methods.
